The semi-final match, held today at Lokra, Assam, witnessed Tripura’s team clinching a hard-fought 1-0 victory over the Assam Women’s team.
The Assam Rifles Sentinels Cup 2025 commenced with great enthusiasm on March 16 at the Lokra Garrison Football Ground, featuring seven women’s teams from across the Northeast region. The success of the Tripura Women’s Football Team is a testament to the collaborative efforts of the Tripura Football Association and the Agartala Battalion of Assam Rifles.
