SIMFED Conducted Organic Cultivation Awareness Program.

Amarpur, Tripura, 17th of December 2024 : To promote awareness & motivation of farmers over organic agricultural production and its immense demand all over the world SIMFED has initiated sensitization programme. SIMFED (Sikkim State Co-operative Supply & Marketing Federation, Ltd) has organized farmers motivational programme over the quality & demand of organic agricultural crop productions here in Gandatwisa in Dhalai district. On this occasion a large number of local farmers have assembled here in the programme venue to participate the event. Under the able guidance and supervision of the project incharge Chayanika Bhowmik a large number of local farmers of Gandatwisa have availed significant farming tips regarding organic agricultural cultivation through this farmers motivational programme.

Addressing the cultivators project incharge has said, “Farmers are the most valuable section for the society. But they need genuine knowledge over proper cultivation method. We are organizing farmers awareness programme here and there to make them understand which is the best farming method in this modern era and which crops are beneficial to maintain better human health. We are always trying our best to generate awareness & sensitization regarding organic crop farming using compost fertilizer which are promoting crops taste better and most favourable to sustain health. We provide tips to avoid chemical fertilizers which are responsible for poisonous affection in human body. Organic farming method and produced crops are the best and safe to sustain healthy life.”

Amidst the other distinguished participants there were Nakul Joy Tripura, agri.chairman, Nabin Mohan Tripura, VC chairman, Dharmendra Reang, sector officer and many others remained present in the programme.
