Teliamura, 26th of May, 2024 : Once again, a dangerous accident occurred at Hathaikotor (Baramura) where five persons were injured including children and women this evening.
According to the details of the incident, a Maruti Eco car bearing TR060389 and a small passenger Maruti car bearing TR01BB0618 collided on the Assam-Agartala National Highway around Sunday (26th May, 2024) afternoon at Hathaikotor (Baramura)under Teliamura police station. A total of five passengers in the Eco car were injured in this terrible car accident when two cars collided head-on.
Among the injured is a one-year-old child. After witnessing this terrible vehicle accident on the national highway, the local people immediately rescued the injured and brought them to Teliamura Sub-Divisional Hospital and their treatment started in the emergency department of Teliamura Sub-Divisional Hospital. On the other hand, the driver of a small passenger car bearing TR01BB0618 fled from the spot after the accident.
According to Teliamura Teliamura Sub-Divisional Hospital sources, the injured in this vehicle accident are, Rohan Mia (1), Chan Mia (40), Babul Mia (30), Kamal Mia (36) and Rumo Begum (27).
The Teliamura police station rushed to the accident spot and district hospital after receiving the information. According to Teliamura police station, the police are investigate the incident.
