Kolkata, 15th of August, 2024 : In the 31-year-old unmarried female trainee doctor raped and murdered in a Government hospital RG Kar Medical College in Kolkata case, CBI on 13 August 2024 has taken up the said case which has been monitoring by the Hon’ble Chief Justice of the Calcutta High Court. After seeking CCTV footage of the last one month of the said Medical College to the appropriate authority of the college by CBI, a few unidentified miscreants vandalised the different units of the said college to destroy the evidence of the said heinous crime in the said college. The incident of vandalism had occurred in the last night during taking place of amid midnight protests by women against the horrific rape-murder of the doctor in the hospital on August 9, 2024.
Along-with the people of all over India, the people of Tripura also took out a protest march condemning this incident.
According to the reliable sources, during vandalism the Kolkata Police were acting as silent audiences. Out of so many free services for West Bengal people introduced by the State Government, one is ‘Sasthya-Sathi’. It is alleged that the medicines used for treatment purposes in the said college are totally illegal and the one time disposable syringes after use are not destroyed by the authorities of the said college on account of an unknown reason. Then may it be presumed that the said incident of vandalism was pre-planned and the most powerful unmarried lady of West Bengal is behind the heinous crime followed by vandalism which was an attempt to destroy the evidence?
