Guwahati, 17th of July, 2024 : Reliance Jio, India’s largest telecom operator, today announced that it has surpassed the significant milestone of 10 million mobile subscribers in Assam in May, as per the latest data released by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI). This remarkable achievement underscores Jio’s unwavering commitment to delivering world-class digital services and connectivity across the region. As off May 2024 Jio has a total of 10,024,600 mobile users in the region.
In addition to its impressive performance in Assam, Jio has further strengthened its leadership position nationally. In May, Jio added a substantial 2,195,560 new wireless customers across India, reaffirming its status as the preferred choice for millions of Indians. With this, the total mobile subscribers base of Jio across India stands at 474,616,191.
