Agartala, Tripura, 9th of April 2025 : Mukhyamantri Samipeshu programme the weekly public interaction programme of Hon’ble Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha. The Chief Minister interacted with the common people about their issues and difficulties.

As the part, the Chief Minister’s weekly programme “Mukhyamantri Samipeshu’ on Tuesday (8th April, 2025), people of different profession in the State attended the programme. They spoke with the Chief Minister regarding their problems seeking assistance on various aspects such as medical treatment, financial assistant, education etc. Hon’ble Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha patiently listened to each of them and directed officials and Secretaries of concerned departments to take the necessary initiatives. Like other days today also the chief minister, in his official residence, listened to the grievances and complaints of people coming from different corners of the state. None of the visitors went back disappointed as the chief minister offered his support in one way or the other.
The health care system of the state has improved a lot now. All types of healthcare facilities are now available under the government system Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha urged the people coming for availing government assistance at the Mukhyamantri Sapipeshu programme today to avail of the healthcare facilities available at government level At the same time he instructed the officials to take necessary action in regard to those coming for treatment related assistance.

Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha once again extended a helping hand to citizens in need during the episode of the Mukyamantri Samipeshu program, held at his official residence today.Priya Debbarma from Labany Chowdhurypara of Khowai subdivision attended the programme to seek help for treatment. In an accident a big portion her body was burnt The Chief Minister instructed the medical superintendent of GBP Hospital Dr. Shankar Chakraborty to take necessary action in this regard. Plaban Bhowmik from South Jolaibari sought help for treatment of his Thalassemia-affected daughter Suprita Bhowmik. Hearing his plea, the Chief Minister instantly assured him of help with medicine and financial aid from the social welfare and social education department. Matilal Debbarma, a tom-tom driver from Ujan Abhoynagar appealed for his son’s treatment. The CM arranged Ayushman Card under Mukhyamantı Jan Arogya Yojana right away At the same time he instructed the GBP Hospital’s medical superintendent to take necessary action for his son’s treatment. Rupali Das from Lembuchera lost all her documents and furniture in a fire incident in her house. She told that being a widow she is struggling to make two ends meet with her only son. On this, the Chief Minister spoke to the DM and assured to arrange copies of her lost documents and financial assistance for her son from the social welfare and social education department
Similarly, Pranta Shil from Barjala came for his father’s treatment, Raju Mia from Ramnagar came for treatment of his daughter who is suffering from heart ailment, and Sipra Chakraborty from Bamutia came for her husband’s eye ailment’s treatment Inspecting the documents of these patients Chief Minister instructed the medical superintendent of GBP Hospital to take necessary action. At the same time Ayushman Card was arranged under Mukhyamantri Jan Arogya Yojana for Pranta Shil’s father. In addition, Chandan Debnath from Lanka Mura, Rukhia Begum from Bishalgarh, Laxmi Banik and Mukta Acharya from Bhattapukur in Agartala and Sudhir Chandar Majumder from Town Bardowali received assurance of help regarding treatment. The Chief Minister also instructed the secretary of social welfare and social education department to take necessary action in regard to providing Widow pension to Madhabi Sinha from Kailashahar

In today’s Mukhyamatri Samipeshu programme among officials were present secretary of health and family welfare department Kiran Gitte, secretary to the CM Apurba Roy, social welfare and social education secretary Tapas Roy, additional secretary of general administration (P & T) Dr. Samit Roy Chowdhury, medical superintendent of GBP Hospital Dr Shankar Chakraborty, medical superintendent of Atal Bihari Bajpayee Regional Cancer Hospital Dr. Shiromani Debbarma and medical superintendent of IGM Hospital Dr. Debashri Debbarma
