MDC Visited High Way Mud Affected Families.               

Ampi, Tripura, 21st of April 2025 : Many indigenous and non indigenous families living in Ampi Nagar Regrouping colony under Ampi nagar block in Gomati Tripura have been affected widely with high way mud. During the heavy rain high way loose soil has been washed away with rain water and entered into many houses of the local villagers existing nearby high way location. House yard, floor including kichen every where is very thick layer of mud.

Sources said that the concerned high way authority did not keep proper drainage system to pass rain water and in many places they have blocked the rain water passing channels and as a consequence rain water body increased and suddenly pushed into the lower direction and created devastating condition for many families. The critical situation has created horrible dirty environment for the villagers to live in their residence. The Ampi Nagar TMP MDC Sadagar Kalai has visited the victim families and Interacted with the villagers. He assured the distressed families stating that very soon the administration would take proper initiative to assist the victim families.
