The only way to avoid this rapidly increasing disease is to pay attention to its symptoms and talk to your health care provider about it. People should be aware of it. Sometimes it is difficult to identify it in the initial days and later it becomes the cause of infertility.
What can happen due to endometriosis?
Endometriosis is a disease in which the tissue formed in the uterus of a woman starts developing in her other reproductive organs and does not come out with the period blood. This causes pain in the pelvic area and this pain increases even more during periods. Women with endometriosis have unbearable pain during intercourse. If the problem of endometriosis persists for a long time, it takes the form of infertility. Endometriosis causes problems like depression, stress and mood swings in women.
Increasing cases of endometriosis in India
According to a 2022 report, the problem of endometriosis has increased globally, but if we look at its cases in India, about 4.2 crore women are affected by this disease. Which has increased by 20 percent as compared to earlier.
Ways to prevent endometriosis
If you want to avoid a terrible disease like endometriosis, then bring changes in your lifestyle. Dr. Chanchal Sharma says that this disease occurs due to hormonal imbalance or sometimes it can also happen due to genetic reasons. In allopathy, surgery is recommended for this which can be a very painful process, so you should rely on Ayurvedic treatment. Under Ayurvedic treatment, all the three doshas present in your body are balanced with the help of Panchkarma therapy, diet, yoga etc. You should exercise regularly. Keep contacting a gynecologist from time to time and keep getting your health checked. Ignoring any symptoms of endometriosis can be harmful for your future.
