Agartala, Tripura, 2nd of April 2025 : The Four-day Annual Techno-Cultural Festival of the North-East, “ICARIA 2K25,” of ICFAI University, Tripura started from 26th March 2025 and come to an end on 29th March through a valedictory programme. The valedictory program was graced by Shri Subrata Choudhury, Addl. Secretary of Tripura Transport Department, Government of Tripuraas Chief Guest and Shri Ratan Debnath, Managing Director of Longtharai International Private Limited as Special Guest. Professor (Dr.) Biplab Halder, the Vice Chancellor of the ICFAI University, Tripura also graced over the valedictory program and delivered the welcome address. On his speech Professor (Dr.) Biplab Halder expressed that the ICFAI University is taking initiatives to promote Indian culture & heritage through organizing various state & national level cultural & youth festival. He also informed that the ICFAI University Tripura will establish a center where folk & heritage instruments will be procured and will promote the local folk teams & bands.
While addressing to the gathering Shri Ratan Debnath said Longtharai Group will extend their all kinds of help for conducting internship of the ICFAI students who wish to become entrepreneur. The Chief Guest Shri Subrata Choudhury expressed that the ICARIA is the platform where exchanging knowledge, creativity, talent, skills etc.It is to be noted here that this year total 924 participants from different schools, colleges and Universities have participated in various techno cultural events which become the highest numbers of participants in the history of ICARIA. On 28th March the famous Bollywood Play back Singer Sharvi Yadav mesmerized the audiences with her popular play back songs.
After the valedictory program a colorful Fashion show performed by the University Students. The program came to an end with the prize giving distribution among the winners of each events and felicitation of Sponsors and Guests followed by celebrity DJ performance by DJ-Ravish. The Registrar of the ICFAI University, Dr. A Ranganath expressed heartiest thanks to all concerned for successful completion of the event.
