The death of a young man, a shadow of grief in the entire area. The incident took place on Sunday (14th May, 2023) around 7:30 am in Karailong area under Teliamura police station. According to the details of the incident, Tusar Kanti Das, S/O-Tapan Das, a resident of Karailong area under Teliamura police station, was found unconscious in his house by his family members. He was taken to Hospital at Teliamura where the doctor on duty declared him brought dead. The doctor sent the dead Tusar to the postmortem as there were traces of blood on his body.

Later, after postmortem, his body was handed over to the family members. Meanwhile, the residents of the area are in a state of confusion over the cause of the youth’s death. The sudden death of the young man, blood stains on the body the other day are raising various questions. In the initial condition, the family members said that the death occurred at the house located in Teliamura.

This creates a lot of doubt. Later, Teliamura police came to know that he died at his relative house. At the funeral, his relative housemates found him dead sitting on a sofa in the same room where he was after dinner. Meanwhile, suspicions increased as relative was brought from his home to Teliamura Sub-Divisional Hospital.

On the other hand, Ajit Debbarma, officer in charge of Teliamura hospital said, postmortem has been sent for forensic test. He also said that the real mystery of the death will be revealed later in the forensic report. However, there was no response from Tusar’s family members regarding his death.
