Teliamura, 1st of June, 2024 : The rescue of a child in the Khowai river at seven in the morning created excitement in the area. The incident took place on Saturday (1st June, 2024) morning in Khowai river in Icharbil 16 Gharia area under Teliamura police station. According to the details of the incident, locals saw the floating body of a six- to seven-month-old (boy) child in 16 Gharia area on Saturday morning. Afterwards locals informed the Teliamura police personnel over this occurrence.
As per the latest information, it is known that the child will be taken to Teliamura Sub-divisional Hospital after rescue. Meanwhile, a large number of people gathered at the spot after the news spread of the recovery of the baby son’s floating body in the river water. Many questions about the origin of this child’s body have not yet been answered, but it is believed that the answer will be found only after the investigation.
