Ampi, Tripura 14th of April 2025 : With the initiative of Jamatia Hoda 434th Buisu Kwthar Ter 2025 has been organized here in Suchima village under 41 Ampi Nagar constituency in Gomati Tripura. On this auspicious occasion a large number of Jamatia people as well as other community people have assembled here in the programme venue and shared the festive happiness of the occasion. In the presence of many dignitaries Bubagra Pradyot Bikram Manikya D/B has Inaugurated this gorgeous Baba Garia festival. The festival ground was buzzing of people. A large number of stalls, sellers and buyers have created the venue a grand matching area for all communities. Devotees of Baba Garia have gathered from different places of the state to worship. The Hoda authority has constituted the programme with miscellaneous religious and indigenous cultural events. The indigenous traditional event segments have converted the festival more fascinating.

As per the report, Baba Garia festival fair specially two days but Garia Puja will continue for seven days constantly. On this Garia fest the Hoda authority has published two magazins also. Addressing the gathering Hoda Okra Manindra Mohan Jamatia has said, “Expecting the grace of Baba Garia we organize seven day long Baba Garia adoration programme here in Suchima village since 2022 as well as big fair aside the temple. Now this Suchima village has appeared as a grand matching area for all indigenous and non indigenous communities. People come here to worship and pray for the welfare of their families respectively and shared festive happiness which is promoting community integration, fraternity, oneness and social union for us. Through this unifying religious festival we get each other closer and the genuine holy faith over Baba Garia is being accelerated.”

Amidst the distinguished dignitaries there were Bikas Debbarma, T.W minister, Ranjit Das, Amarpur MLA, Pathanlal Jamatia, Ampi 41 constituency MLA, Sadagar Kalai, Ampi MDC, Rabitra Jamatia, Amarpur BAC chairman, Padmalila Jamatia, Jamatia Hoda, Ratna Sadhan Jamatia, Jamatia Hoda, Durpa Sadhan Jamatia, BGM secretary and many others remained present in the programme.
