Khowai, Tripura, 11th of August, 2024 : With the initiative of TGTA (HB) Khowai divisional committee blood donation camp has been conducted at TGTA office hall under Khowai District on Sunday (11th August, 2024). In the presence of many dignitaries former chairperson of Municipal Council Sukhendu Bikash Dey has inaugurated the blood donation camp by lighting the lamp. Addressing the inauguration programme he congratulated the organization for such a social initiative and congratulated them for the social responsibility of the blood donors.
Khowai Divisional Secretary of TGTA (HB Road) Dulal Acharjee, Dr. Manojit Debnath, In-Charge of Blood Bank of Khowai District Hospital, also spoke on the occasion. A total of twenty one blood donors including teachers donated blood in the camp today. MLA Nirmal Biswas, members of TGTA and many other dignitaries were present in the event.
