Sabroom, Tripura, 11th of November, 2024 : Cleaning Staff of Nagar Panchayat are working to collect garbage from house to house in Sabroom Nagar Panchayat area. They get three thousand to three thousand five hundred per month in exchange for the work of collecting garbage from house to house. However, the salary that was supposed to be paid to the sanitation workers in the first place and the salary that was paid at the beginning has been reduced even more than the current salary, then there is no way to survive with this mine in the commodity price market. Instructions are issued to collect garbage from house to house in other ward area from own ward area.

So many people are worried about how to work. When news correspondent reached the SDM’s office after receiving information about the presence of the sanitation workers, the sanitation workers who were waiting to meet the SDM’s office were asked why they had come to the SDM’s office, and they expressed their difficulties. But after the meeting with the SDM, none of them are willing to open their faces in front of the camera because they are ruled in the room of the Sub-Divisional Ruler for the reason why they opened their faces in front of the journalist.
