Daityeswari Kali Temple Decorated With Dazzling Lights On The Occasion Of Diwali Festival.

Sabroom, Tripura, 29th of October, 2024 : Daityeswari Kali Temple (Kali Mandir) decorated with dazzling lights on the occasion of Diwali Festival at Sabroom on Tuesday (29th October, 2024).

The worship of Shree Shree Maa Daityeswari Kalibari on Diwali, like every year, is going on in a with ritual way at the Daityeswari Kali Temple, which has been carrying the tradition of Sabroom for more than 100 years. While Kali Puja is celebrated on Diwali in other years, this year the celebration of Diwali will be a bit exceptional.

With the initiative of Daityeswari Kali Temple committee a four-day long fair has been organized this year on the occasion of Diwali Festival in collaboration with the sub-divisional  administration. The fair started on 30th October and will continue till 2nd November. Preparations for which are going on, the entire Kali Temple area is being decorated with lights, starting from the beautiful pond of Kali Temple.

Located in the very heart of Sabroom, the unique natural beauty of the awakened Daityeswari Kali Temple is a center of attraction for the local people as well as devotees and tourists of Maa Kali from the state and outside the state. A member of the Daityeswari Kali Temple committee said that this year’s four-day long Diwali fair will be auspiciously started with the accompaniment of 21 artist and various musical instruments.

In addition, there will be various cultural programs in the Kali Temple premises during this four-day Diwali fair. Interesting cultural programs are also organized by TSR of the state. This year’s Diwali fair also has a government stall.

The temple committee hopes that the temple premises will be filled with the arrival of visitors from different parts of the state in this four-day long fair organized on the occasion of Diwali and the temple committee has cordially invited the visitors to the fair.

Carrying the tradition of Sabroom for more than 100 years, the Daityeswari Kali Temple also hopes for a huge devotees during the Diwali fair days.
