Agartala,Tripura, 21st of September, 2024 : The 19th Convocation of ICFAI University held on Saturday (21st September, 2024) at ICFAI University Campus, Agartala. Hon’ble Governor of Tripura Indrasena Reddy Nallu inaugurated the programme by lighting the lamp.
Addressing the 19th Convocation of ICFAI University Hon’ble Governor of Tripura Indrasena Reddy Nallu said, Education is the most powerful to build the lives of students. Students will not only build their lives through increasing knowledge and excellence. Students should also take role in the progress and welfare of the country. He praised ICFAI University for its significant role in higher education. By implementing Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s dream and plan to build a developed India, the country will become an unrivaled power in the world in the field of education. He expressed the hope that ICFAI University will make an outstanding contribution to the education development of the country including the North Eastern region in the future. He urged the students who obtained the degree to be aspiring for the welfare of the country and the nation.
As many students were awarded their degrees at 19th Convocation. Hon’ble Governor of Tripura Indrasena Reddy Nallu, Vice Chancellor of ICFAI University and presents guests conferred Medals to Students at 19th Convocation of ICFAI University. 1,659 students were awarded their degrees in absentia.
Amidst the distinguished participants there were Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. (Dr.) Biplab Halder, chairman of the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) Professor T. G. Sitharam, Registra Dr. A. Ranganath and many other dignitaries were present in the Convocation ceremony.
