Book ‘AMAR SAINIK’ Released.

A book written by Asstt. Commandant (Ministerial) Debashish Bhattacharya of Group Centre, CRPF, Agartala, published in Hindi language, namely ‘AMAR SAINIK was released today at 1100 hrs by Shri. Ravideep Singh Sahi, ADG, Tripura Sector in a grand function organized at Usha Bazar Camp, CRPF. The function was attended by Shri. Vijay Kumar, DIG (Adm), Shri. Ramyophang Duidang, DIG (Prov & Accounts), Shri R.K. Sharma, DIG (Medical) GC, CRPF, Agartala and senior officers of Group Centre, Range Agartala/Sector HQ Tripura CRPF besides other staff and jawans.

Shri. Ravideep Singh Sahi, ADG praised the dedicated efforts of Shri. Debashish Bhattacharya in writing of this book which is an inspiration for all of us. The stories are motivating and convey positive message for all jawans, he said, while going through the contents and praised the author’s efforts in writing such a good book in Hindi language, despite his mother tongue being Bangla. Describing about the book, Shri. Debashish Bhattacharya told that he got inspiration of writing this book from a saint who met him in 2009 while he suffered a massive heart attack. He told that this book is dedicated to all those soldiers staying away from their families and always remain ready to sacrifice their lives for the unity and integrity of the nation. Serving the nation as a soldier in CRPF since 1986, his vast experience and anecdotes can be read in his short stories.

The book costs only Rs. 225/- and is also available on Amazon and other online platforms in hard as well as soft copies. The ISBN of book is 978-93-95374-61-3 published by Storymirror Infotech Pvt Limited, Mumbai, Maharashtra. The author also has the distinction of selection as “best author of the week” and “best author of the month” by storymirror.
