To promote “Har Ghar Tiranga” campaign of the government, Khumulwng government degree college authority has also poured spirit amidst the college students of patriotic sensation of nationalism. Under the supervision of the GDC girls hostel superintendent & assistant professor Maharani Hrangkhawl National Flag has been hoisted in the premises of girls hostel of degree college along with national anthem. Students were provided genuine knowledge over the motive of the government of Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign. An inspiring flag rally has been conducted here in Khumulwng as a part of Tiranga campaign where Khumulwng degree college girl hostellers have taken active part in the rally along with professors. The idea behind the rally is to invoke the feeling of patriotism in the heart of the college students and to promote awareness about the Indian sovereignty and the immense significance of the National Flag.
