Jirania, 16th of March 2024 : Under the able guidance of Sh. Darshan Lal Gola, IG CRPF, Tripura Sector, 71 Bn CRPF constructed a Cycle stand for the students of Khamarbari High School at Jirania, Distt- West Tripura under Civic Action Programme 2023-24 today. Sh Ram Palat, Commandant-71 Bn. inaugurated the Cycle stand and handed it over to the school students as well as teachers for utility. Speaking on the occasion, Sh. Ram Palat, Commandant-71 Bn CRPF has s aid that this newly constructed Cycle stand will immensely facilitate the school students as well as teachers. He added that it is an endeavor of CRPF to serve the people of country through public-friendly and sensitive policing Civic Action Programmes are being organized to foster good relation with the local people. He lauded the various activities of CRPF for public welfare like installation of deep bore well, water storage and distribution of sports items among the youth at various places in Tripura as part of confidence building measure and will continue to do so in the near future too.
The programme was attended by Smt. Ranu Das (Pradhan) East Devendra Nagar village, Shri Pabitra Kumar Das (School Development Committee), Smt. Shipra Nath Shama, Head Mistress, Khamarbari High School, Sh KK.Mukhopadhyay (Second-in-Command) 71 BN CRPF, Sh. Yogesh Kumar (Dy.Comdt.) 71 BN CRPF, Sh. Mahesh Kumar (Asst Comdt.) 71 BN CRPF, Sub-Inspector Pritam Chakna (2VC PS Jirania) along with personnel of 71 BN CRPF, School students, teacher and general publc from locality area. The general pubilic and civil administration have appreciated this philanthropic implementation of the force and thanked them for their generous contribution for the society.
